Description:
The articles in Continuing the Struggle for National and Social Liberation were written in the five years following Ka Joma’s release from military detention in 1986. The theme of the book calls for the continuance of the people’s democratic revolution against the US-dominated ruling system of big compradors and landlords. It goes against the propaganda of the US and the local exploiting classes that democracy had been restored in the Philippines upon the overthrow of the Marcos fascist dictatorship.
